About

Experience You Can Trust

Two decades of bankruptcy law experience, now dedicated to petition preparation.

My Story

For over 20 years, I practiced bankruptcy law and personally handled more than 800 Chapter 7 filings. I've seen every type of financial situation imaginable — from families overwhelmed by medical debt to small business owners facing impossible circumstances. Through it all, I developed a deep expertise in preparing thorough, accurate bankruptcy petitions.

After retiring my law license, I knew my skills and experience were too valuable to set aside. The attention to detail, the understanding of what courts require, the ability to organize complex financial information into clear, complete petitions — these are skills honed over decades that directly serve anyone filing for bankruptcy.

That's why I started this petition preparation service. I help individuals who need an expertly prepared Chapter 7 petition, and I help busy attorneys clear their backlogs by handling the time-intensive preparation work they don't have capacity for.

While I no longer provide legal advice, the quality and accuracy of my petition preparation reflects the same standard I maintained throughout my legal career.
